Question #3:
Im new to learning on how to apply makeup. I'm a cross-dresser and Im having troubles applying my makeup. I checked YouTube out and even that does not help. Question #4:
I'm a sophomore in high school and I like to wear natural looking makeup. I am not self conscious about the way I look or anything, I just think makeup is really fun. I usually wear concealer, powder, blush, and sometimes eyeliner, mascara, and rarely eyeshadow. The friends I sit with at lunch; however, never wear makeup. They're kind of tomboys still and aren't interested in makeup at all. So my question is, how do I deal with them when they say things like "why are you wearing eyeliner?" and "are you wearing makeup???....i don't wear makeup to school...", etc. It really irritates me because they think I have some deeper motive for wearing makeup even though I told them I don't like any one at the moment. I've already tried explaining that it's something I like to do and that it's kinda fun and they just looked at me weird. And don't suggest finding some new friends because these are people I've known since kindergarten. I try to ignore them and act like it doesn't bother me, but it makes me really sad because I feel like they're always saying stuff about me. I apply it correctly, and I never wear makeup that's too dramatic and it never looks cakey, so I don't understand why they're so critical of it. They could be worried that I'll start wearing a lot of makeup like some of my other friends who started wearing makeup in middle school, but I'm not going to because I know how bad it looks. I've been wearing it since last year too because one of my friends from another school introduced me to the makeup world and it's been really fun ever since. Their comments and attitude towards it lately have really gotten me down though. :/
Sorry this was so long, but if any of you have experience with this please let me know how you dealt with it. Thanks :)
They didn't even notice I was wearing makeup for the longest time, it took *months* for them to realize it, that's how subtle my makeup is lol.
Just to clarify...I'm not looking into being a makeup artist.
A few are allowed to for sure, but I'm not sure about the rest. They don't seem jealous though...

Question #12:
I'm 15, and generally I just go without makeup at all as I really don't have time in the mornings to apply it, and it's also banned in school. But in photos, I look so awful, so I was wondering what type of foundation will achieve a flawless facial look? I have very odd skin - My cheeks are very pink, and my face is oily around the nose and chin, but quite dry at the forehead. On my forehead I keep getting clumps whenever I try to apply liquid foundation and it looks awful.
I just want to look natural, but a little less awful than I do at the moment. :D
Also, what are your daily face routines? How do YOU achieve a flawless look?
Question #13:
Question #14:
I'm having the hardest time finding a foundation that works for me. My skin is sort of dry on my cheeks and when I use foundation it makes it look worse. I moisturize my face before but I don't use a primer. Would that help a lot? but then my nose area has lots of blackheads and gets really oily throughout the day and then my makeup looks cakey. They aren't noticeable but I think they're the source of my oily skin in that area. I've even got facials and the lady said they ere deep and she couldn't do anything. I just don't know what to do. I've had freckles forever and I absolutely hate them. I know some people think they're cute but I just don't like them. I want my skin to look flawless. I have really light skin and I've tried every drugstore brand of foundation and I get the lightest tone and it's still too dark. It's ridiculous. I don't want a cakey look I want it to look somewhat natural.Any tips on how to apply my makeup and what products to use would be extremely helpful and appreciated.

Question #16:
I currently attend a junior college, and I was forced into it by my mom in fall of 2010. And, of course I didn't want to be there. And, on top of me not wanting to be there I also had A LOT of family issues happen last semester, so I temporarily dropped out. In total, with classes that I had extreme difficultly in such as Philosophy and Math, and classes I had to drop due to all of my family issues I probably lost around 7 courses that I already should have had completed. Well, now I am trying to makeup to lost time you could say, and I have 10 junior college classes left to complete.
I really want to transfer to Rice University, but I simultaneously feel as though it is utterly futile, as my transcript would say that I took 3 or 4 years to complete my junior college requirements. (By the time I'm out of junior college). Another hinderance to my college career is I literally can not take more then 2 classes a semester. It completely overwhelms me, and I end up failing classes if I try to take more then 2. I also have a current 2.30 G.P.A. I know I need to get my grades up, and I am determined to, but does anyone have any suggestions of how I can get of junior college faster? And, do you think I should even TRY to apply to Rice once I am done at junior college? (Or would they not even consider me, as a student with how long it will have taken me at junior college?)
Question #17:
My coaches gave me instructions for make up. For eyes it said apply the blue ( its a dark blue shade) on your eyelids, going up to the "arches" of your eyebrows. because it's stage makeup.
And I have no idea, HOW much eyeshadow to put on.
could somebody like give me a picture or something ?
Question #18:
I have just now started experimenting with makeup and am wondering what the steps are to applying makeup so that it actually looks good. Right now I just throw on some foundation and a little blush and go out the door but I'm tired of that.
I have very fair skin, red/auburn hair (natural), green eyes & a more square/roundish face. What are the steps for prepping and them applying makeup? Also, I don't really care what the brand is as long as it actually stays on since I'm very active during the day. Also, I rub my eyes alot. What can I do about that? I'll put on mascara and the second it goes on it leaves black streaks on my cheeks.
Question #19:
How to get rid of them! I wash my face and apply medicine and lotion at night and wash in the morning and apply lotion and makeup in the morning! The red spots are so annoying they are on my cheeks chin and a few on the forehead they are not very noticeable bur enough that I want to get rid of them
Question #20:
Do you believe certain things only apply to men and others only apply to women?
Example: one time I was speaking to a lady who more or less despised when men cheated yet when the topic of female infidelity was brought up she disregarded it altogether( I might even say she was almost in favor of it)
Another time is when a guy was telling me about how it's okay for him to be with other girls because he and his girlfriend were not technically married. But when she wanted to be with another guy(she must have thought it was an open relationship) he got angry and went off to me about what a whore she was.
So tell me, are there certain times you apply gender favoritism? Reflect and share your experience. I would very much like to hear it. Again, this is not including things like childbirth or physical makeup.
BQ: How can people speak of one gender being a certain way when they clearly know someone who defies that very logic?
